Hi there, welcome to FNDautology. My name is Amy, I’m an FND fighter and have recently started an Instagram page about my experiences living with chronic illness Functional Neurological disorder. I’ve decided to set up a blog along side my Instagram, and here it is. I’m hoping to help people who have just been diagnosed, or even those who have been living with FND for a while and just need a bit of support. I’d like to share my experiences, coping mechanisms and everything I’ve learned.
